MainSpring Capital announced plans for a new retail development, The Block at Pima Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The 60,000-square-foot retail property, containing six pad sites for stand-alone users, will occupy approximately 12 acres within Pima Center, MainSpring’s mixed-use business park.
The space, which will have freeway frontage along Loop 101 and full access at Via de Ventura, is being targeted toward restaurants and service-oriented retailers. Plans call for the Block’s first structure to be built as early as Q1 2017, with an early 2018 opening. Stan Sanchez, Larry Miller and John Jackson of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix are leasing the asset.
Pima Center is at Loop 101 and Via de Ventura, on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. Approximately 1.4 million square-feet have been developed on the 232-acre property.
