Kirkland-based MainStreet Property Group LLC launched The Bond, a new five-story multifamily community near downtown Redmond. Located at 6180 East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE, the new 195,000-square-foot project features 139 apartment homes in two Pacific Northwest-inspired buildings.

MainStreet Property Group’s Kelly Price says, “We saw this project as an opportunity to create a sustainable building that seamlessly connects to nature, yet is still close to the heart of Redmond.”

The name ‘The Bond’ is representative of the bond that a community creates, blending community, environment and culture with a subtle nod to the idyllic man himself, James Bond. The developer says pre-leasing activity has been robust. It is MainStreet’s first co-investment project with Grosvenor.

Amenities include The Bond Lobby, a two-story community lounge area with an indoor tree, touchscreen coffee table and coffee bar, which is connected to The Solarium, a lounge area with a shuffle board, media room, resident kitchen and podcast room.
