Nelson Management Group has a new mobile app to help it manage maintenance requests at its apartment properties in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Since Nelson begin offering the mobile app, Travtus, to its residents, Nelson has processed 3,980 maintenance requests through the app. “Since introducing Travtus to our portfolio, we have noticed a tremendous increase in overall efficiency and satisfaction when addressing our residents’ requests,” said Robert. S. Nelson, president of Nelson Management Group.
Travtus estimates that management companies that use the app will eventually receive a 400% return on their investment, due to the time saved by staff.
