Majestic Moves Forward on 320-Acre South Fort Worth Dev

Connect Industrial is headed to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Los Angeles-based Majestic Realty Co. and Hickman Cos. plans to develop Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park, a 320-acre business park in south Fort Worth, TX. The project, which is located near Interstate 20 and Interstate 35, is planned to include more than six million square feet of office, industrial and logistics space.

The first 110-acre phase includes multiple buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet of industrial space. The initial phase is expected to deliver in June 2018.

Majestic’s Josh Wheeler says the project’s proximity to freeways, the area’s strong labor pool and the low sub-market vacancy drove the decision to move forward.

Majestic and Fort Worth-based Hickman are also partners in a $175-million redevelopment at Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards. Majestic owns six industrial parks, totaling 9.5 million square feet of space in Texas.
