Vidal Corporation, a cross-border logistics company, signed a five-year lease for a new 31,360-square-foot industrial building in the Majestic Sunroad Center in San Diego’s Otay Mesa market. The property is located at 8175 Andrews Ave.
The project, a JV between Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises, includes three buildings ranging in size from 31,360 to 154,308 square feet each and totaling 227,268 square feet. Construction of Majestic Sunroad Center was completed in late 2020.
Colliers International’s Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Will Holder represented both parties in the lease negotiations.
Lewkowitz says, “Majestic Sunroad Center is the first and best new industrial development to arrive in Otay Mesa in the last five years. It’s located just two miles from the Otay Mesa border crossing, 15 miles from the Naval station and 19 miles from Downtown San Diego.”
