Major Renovation at Bronx Mixed-Use

Developers are performing a major capital improvement program at 825 E. 141st St., a property that mixes office, retail and light industrial space in the Port Morris neighborhood of the Bronx.

“This full-scale transformation of a warehouse building into a vibrant, mixed-use facility will establish a new hub of commercial activity in a growing neighborhood,” said Josh Zegen, managing principal and co-founder of Madison Realty Capital, which partnered with The Bluestone Group, Altmark Group, and Galil Management on the project. JRT Realty Group will exclusively lease the property.

The eight-story, 275,000-square-foot property will receive new windows, elevators and additional power infrastructure. The building’s façade has also undergone exterior restoration, and will feature large-scale murals, and the streetscape will be enhanced with a new landscaped plaza space.
