Dayton Street Partners has leased the 42,000-square-foot 2501 West Fulton in the Near West Side neighborhood to Vienna Beef. The makers of Chicago’s Hot Dog will move its company headquarters from 2501 N. Damen Ave. in the first quarter of 2020.

All office and warehouse employees will make the move to the new building, while manufacturing will remain at the company’s South Side facility.

“2501 West Fulton is strategically located near Vienna’s manufacturing facility in the Stockyards Industrial Park and in close proximity to their labor force,” said Howard Wedren, Dayton Street managing principal. “It’s an ideal location for their headquarters.”

Scott Duerkop and Dominic Carbonari of JLL represented Dayton Street in the transaction. NAI Hiffman’s Chris Gary advised Vienna Beef.

Vienna Beef was founded in 1893 when Austrian-Hungarian immigrants Emil Reichel and Samuel Ladany introduced their family frankfurter recipe at the Columbian Exposition/Chicago’s World’s Fair.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
