Mark Fitkin Leaves CBRE for C-Level Role at Portland’s NBP Capital

NBP Capital expanded its leadership team with the addition of Mark Fitkin as COO, who is expected to play a key role in evolving and enhancing strategy and streamlining operational efficiencies that will lead to driving investment performance. Fitkin joins the Portland-based firm after having served more than 33 years at CBRE, including the last 10 years as part of its global executive leadership team.

NBP Capital’s Lauren Noecker Robert says, “At this inflection point, the business requires that we hire a COO in order to scale and reach our full growth potential. We take a nimble, yet disciplined approach to the business. And with our newly built-out leadership team, we are focusing on our current development projects.”

Fitkin’s unique three-decade background in and exposure to all aspects of real estate includes executive oversight and coordination of the delivery of services for a global portfolio.
