Marketing Tech Firm Relocates to Financial District

Marketing technology company Contently has signed a new 13,146-square-foot lease at EQ Office’s 44 Wall St. in the Financial District. The company will relocate its headquarters from 598 Broadway in the third quarter, following a buildout of 44 Wall space by EQ Office.

Founded in New York City in 2011, Contently counts American Express, Bayer, Dell Technologies, JPMorgan Chase, Marriott and Walmart among its clients. The company has received numerous awards.

“Contently believes in the power of great storytelling, and fuses art and strategy into all of its work,” said Scott Silverstein of EQ Office. “This forward-thinking approach makes Contently a perfect fit for 44 Wall and its growing roster of dynamic companies.”

Contently was represented in the transaction by CBRE’s Freddie Fackelmayer, Anthony Dattoma, and Zach Breit. EQ Office was represented in-house by Silverstein, and by CBRE’s Zachary Price, Michael Rizzo, Jeffrey Fischer and Caroline Merck.
