Martha Stewart’s Meal-Kit Partner Inks Midtown Lease

Marley Spoon, a global meal delivery service that partners with Martha Stewart, has signed a 7,583-square-foot, seven-year lease at the Kaufman Organization’s 519 Eighth Ave. The firm will utilize half of the Garment District property’s 19th floor for its marketing and sales operations.

Sam Stein, VP of Kaufman, represented the landlord in-house. Sami Akleh and Christina Combias of Voro NYC advised Marley Spoon.

“Eighth Avenue and the surrounding neighborhood is seeing a renaissance with a diverse set of firms in tech, creative, marketing, fashion and professional services seeking office space in the area,” said Stein. “519 Eighth is ideally situated to meet the needs of growing companies such as Marley Spoon, and provides the firm’s team with convenient access to a variety of nearby transportation and appealing lifestyle options.”

Founded in 2014 by Fabian Siegel and Till Neatby, Marley Spoon creates meal kits featuring the recipes of Martha Stewart.
