MBRE Healthcare Boosts Footprint in Washington, D.C. Area

Chicago-based MBRE Healthcare opened its eighth regional office in the greater Washington, D.C. area. The regional office at 20955 Professional Plaza in Ashburn, VA will strengthen its East Coast presence, and provide tenants and healthcare providers better access in Virginia and Maryland.

MBRE Healthcare’s Peter Westmeyer says, “As our portfolio continues to grow, it’s important that we expand our network of offices in strategic locations to maintain the exceptional level of service and value that healthcare providers have come to expect from us and that our brand is built upon.”

The office will be housed in a recently-acquired medical office park, which contains three Class A medical office buildings totaling 75,191 square feet. The facility is located within Ashburn Farm, a planned mixed-use community in Loudoun County, VA. The tenant mix includes family practices, pediatricians, OB/GYN, radiology, orthopedists, dentists, and a daycare center.

Amanda Crabill, a veteran leasing and property management expert, will run the new office.
