Commercial real estate investors/developers, SKS Partners, LLC and ProspectHill Group have acquired the McGuire building in San Francisco for $47-million. The 140,000-square-foot industrial building will be redeveloped for uses consistent with Production, Distribution & Repair (PDR) zoning.
Located at 1201 Bryant St. in the SoMa district, the building is envisioned as a “highly attractive” location for innovative companies in the technology sector, as well as those in PDR.
Kidder Mathews’ Gary Barboro and Tim Mason, along with Binswanger’s Gerald Norton, represented the seller, Kohler Co.
Kohler manufactures plumbing products, furniture, cabinetry, tile, engines, and generators.
