McKesson Developing $38M Center on Tribal Land

San Francisco-based McKesson is expanding operations in the Phoenix area. Construction is already underway on the health care pharmacology, technology and supply vendor’s 271,000-square-foot office complex in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Ryan Cos. US is building the $38 million project, situated on 32 acres at Jack Rabbit Road, between Pima Road and Loop 101.

The two buildings are being developed to hold more than 2,000 employees, and will have 65,000-square-foot floor plates. In addition to being built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards, the buildings are following Well Building Standards.

Salt River DevCo is the leaseholder representing the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
