Medical Device Tenant Makes Move to Streets of St. Charles

Elekta, a Sweden-based medical device company that manufactures, sells, and services cancer treatment solutions, will relocate one of its product supply and support centers within the St. Louis region. The company will move more than 100 employees from Maryland Heights to Cullinan Properties’ Streets of St. Charles in St. Charles, MO.

The tenant will occupy approximately 40,000 square feet at 1450 Beale St. within the mixed-use Streets of St. Charles development. The building is under construction, with completion scheduled for later this spring.

“Even from our initial tour of the property, it was clear that Elekta was focused on providing a work environment conducive to recruiting and retaining the best talent, and we felt all along that the Streets of St. Charles was a great fit,” said Colliers International SVP Jim Loft, who represented Cullinan. “The two groups worked well together to structure an arrangement that worked for all.”
