Menlo Equities Acquires Marlborough Data Center for $33M

California-based Menlo Equities has acquired a 206,000-square-foot data center in Marlborough for $33.2 million. Marlborough is approximately 30 miles west of Boston’s CBD.

Located at 34 St. Martin Dr., the property is currently 95% leased to a tenant roster that includes IT firm TierPoint and communications provider Crown Castle. Both tenants have a weighted average lease term of more than 10 years. The center is proximate to major fiber networks and utility infrastructure.

Frank Petz, Matt Sherry and Tom Ragno of JLL represented the seller, Lincoln Property Co., in the transaction.
