Colliers International brokered a 19,650-square-foot lease extension and expansion for Siebert Williams Shank & Co. at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers’ 100 Wall St. The firm that will occupy the space is the product of a merger between 100 Wall tenant Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co. and The Williams Capital Group. Both are MWBE firms.

The new company, which will officially merge this month, will now occupy the entire 18th floor of the 520,000-square-foot office tower. JLL’s Scott D. Cahaly represented Cornerstone.

“The merging of these two organizations will position Siebert Williams Shank as one of the most historic and influential financial services firms in the country,” said Colliers’ Eric S. Yarbro, who worked with both firms to determine the best approach for their New York headquarters. “The organization’s expanded Financial District headquarters will perfectly complement its dynamic and talented workforce and allow the company to continue growing.”
