Meridian Team Moves Soho MXU for $21M

Meridian Investment Sales, the commercial property sales division of Meridian Capital Group, sold 457 Broome St., a mixed-use elevator building in Soho, for $21.3 million. Senior Executive Managing Director David Schechtman and managing directors Lipa Lieberman and Abie Kassin represented the seller and procured the buyer in this transaction.

With approximately 50 feet of frontage, 457 Broome spans approximately 25,000 square feet with retail space on the ground floor in addition to 3,000 square feet of lower level retail space. The ground floor of the property is home to two retail tenants, Lazaro SoHo and Blank Studio NYC. The upper floors contain residential units with high ceilings and natural light.

“Wonderful SoHo retail space with a legal selling basement coupled with 50 feet of frontage in a cast-iron glory makes this a generational hold for any buyer,” said Schechtman.
