Meridian Team Will Serve Up East Village Lease to Irish Pub

Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, Meridian Retail Leasing has arranged a long-term lease for an Irish pub. The team of James Famularo and Kevin Biscotti arranged the new space at 117 Avenue A in the East Village for St. Dymphna’s, representing both landlord and tenant.

St. Dymphna’s, which has had a presence in the East Village for 24 years, is relocating from St. Marks Place to 117 Avenue A, after closing its doors at its original location last October. The pub’s new space, expected to open in summer 2019, is situated between St. Marks Place and East 7th Street, spans 2,000 square feet and features 15 feet of frontage.

The new location is situated directly across from Thompkins Square Park and close to an array of popular neighborhood tenants, including Miss Lily’s, Crif Dogs, The Smith, Mimi Cheng’s, Momofuku Noodle Bar and Goodnight Sonny.
