Mixed-Use Changes Hands in Little Italy

Greenstone Partners closed on the sale of 1352 W. Taylor St., a fully renovated mixed-use property in the Near West Side’s Little Italy neighborhood. Positioned a quarter-mile from the Illinois Medical District and steps from University of Illinois at Chicago, the property sits in a location with heavy daytime and nighttime population.

The investment features a newly executed long-term lease with award-winning County BBQ, which occupies the first floor, rear patio and lower level. Above the restaurant is a rehabbed three-bedroom apartment.

Greenstone exclusively represented the seller, and procured offers from both local and out-of-state buyers. The purchaser was a private investor. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
