Marcus &Millichap finalized the sale of 3433-3443 N. Lakewood Ave., an apartment building located in the North Side’s Lakeview neighborhood. The property sold for $4,400,000.
Kyle A. Stengle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, represented the seller. The buyer, Dwelle Properties, executed the transaction in the middle of the current COVID environment with no financing contingency.
The property is a 100% occupied, well maintained, 16-unit apartment building, according to Marcus & Millichap.
