Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Red Roof Inn Chicago – O’Hare, a 134-room hospitality property in Arlington Heights, IL. The property traded to an unnamed partnership for $6 million.
Chicago Oak Brook-based VP investments Ebrahim Valliani and associate Michael Klar partnered with Texas-based Allan Miller, SVP investments and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was secured and represented by Valliani, Klar, Miller and Gomes.
Built in 1984, Red Roof Inn Chicago – O’Hare is an exterior-corridor hotel located at 22 W. Algonquin Rd. in Arlington Heights. It is located nine miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
