Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of 2500 W. Illinois Ave., a 19,547-square-foot medical office building in Midland. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

Alex Sacks, Brett Rodgers and Frank M. Roti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also secured the buyer. Tim Speck assisted on the transaction as Marcus & Millichap’s Texas broker of record.

2500 W. Midland is two blocks away from Midland Memorial Hospital.  The multi-tenant building was constructed in 1955, but saw a full rebuild in 2013.

Anchoring the property is Midland Women’s Clinic, which is the largest women’s healthcare practice in western Texas. Other tenants include Cook Children’s Clinic and LabCorp.
