MOB Sold in Corona

Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) completed the sale of a leased, 15,244-square-foot, medical office building for $4.8 million. Located at 2815 S. Main St. in Corona, the site includes a planned second phase that will bring the property to roughly 60,000 square feet of for sale or lease MOB space.

CBC SC’s Christopher Yeakey and Andy Farra represented the undisclosed buyer. CBC SC’s Brandon Sudweeks, Eugene Hill and Brett Larson represented the seller, Corona Medical Arts Plaza, LLC.

Larson notes that in the past few months, new leases were signed for two-thirds of the property by CBC’s Healthcare Real Estate Services Group. Tenants include Riverside University Health System and Corona Family Care.

Corona Medical Arts Plaza features finished upgraded lobbies, core and shell suites, as well as gurney capable elevators.
