Modern, Yet Classic ‘Beachside,’ Uptown Newport Village MF Launched

Connect Orange County is coming up July 27th at the Balboa Bay Club. Early Bird pricing ends June 30th (that’s tomorrow), here’s where to register.

A JV between Shopoff Realty Investments and The Picerne Group broke ground on The Del Rey Apartments, a 462-unit community in Newport Beach, CA. Representing a portion of Phase I of the overall 25-acre mixed-use Uptown Newport Village, the project features a 50-foot wide central pedestrian paseo between two, resort-style amenity decks, creating an iconic social gathering space.

The Picerne Group’s Derek Picerne says, “Being the first phase of such a transformational community, it was imperative The Del Rey Apartments set a high-bar, not just from a design and style standpoint, but also with its quality of life and lifestyle.”

Designed by TCA Architects, The Del Rey Apartments’ two buildings front Jamboree Road at Fairchild Road, near MacArthur, and will serve as the face for Uptown Newport Village. The community, which offers views of the San Juaquin Marsh, Turtle Ridge, and Saddleback Mountains, is expected to open Q4 2018.
