More Commercial Space Coming to Old Town Keller

A new project will bring more restaurant and retail space to the west side of Old Town Keller. The 6,300-square-foot building will be at U.S. 377 and Vine Street, just months after Keller, situated north of Fort Worth, completed $4.2 million in public improvements in the area.

The project is being spearheaded by developer James Mason, who also owns an auto body shop next to the site, at 215 S. Main St. Construction is scheduled to start on the restaurant and retail building in October or November 2017, and the project is expected to take 6-8 months to complete.

Mason told the Fort Worth Star Telegram that he is looking for a sit-down restaurant tenant, that can take space between 2,500-4,000 square feet, along with a 750-square-foot patio. He also would like boutique shops or a hair salon to take over the other spaces.
