Mother-Daughter Fashion Chain Relocates in Southampton

Jason Gerbsman, managing principal of Hudson, has arranged a new lease for Ruby & Jenna in the former Calypso space in Southampton, NY. The new location at 24 Jobs Ln. is the fourth deal that Gerbsman has arranged for the mother-daughter-owned women’s fashion chain, and its 12th store in the Tri-State area.

The Southampton lease is a relocation for Ruby & Jenna, which sought a larger space in that market. The approximately 1,500-square foot store in Southampton’s shopping district is located between Main Street and Pond Lane.

“Ruby & Jenna is a ‘best-in-class’ ladies apparel chain, with a core focus on quality real estate in higher-end demographics,” said Gerbsman. “While many retailers today are struggling to find their identity and closing stores, Ruby & Jenna has found its niche and is thriving.”

The lease term is five years. Landlord Pan-Brothers Associates was represented in-house by Steve Politis.
