There are three housing projects under proposal in Mountain View. Two of them are multifamily, and one is a single-family housing development. The Mountain View City Council has given the three projects the go-ahead.
Major developer Avalon Bay is trying to add 324 units to its already developed 402-unit asset on Middlefield Road. The Sobrato Organization looks to build about 370 residential units between Pear Avenue and Spacepark Way and offices between Pear Avenue and La Avenida Street. This development is in the North Bayshore area. Finally, Braddock and Logan Services wants to tear down a structure on Middlefield Road and build 563 apartment units.
