Confluence Cos. will begin construction in January on the $60 million Riverwalk mixed-use development in downtown Castle Rock, CO. Once built out in 2018, the development on Wilcox St. will offer 228 apartments, 30,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail. Also included will be 328 underground and street-level parking spots.
According to Tony De Simone with developer Confluence Cos., his company became involved with redeveloping downtown Castle Rock because vibrancy is currently lacking. “Castle Rock needed a catalytic project of critical mass to make a difference,” he added. The Castle Rock Town Council unanimously approved the development.
