Nack Development is expanding from its home base of Frisco, TX, to create commercial and office space in Lewisville, TX. The developer is planning to build 17,000 square feet, across three separate buildings, located one block east of Lewisville’s city hall.
The as-yet-unnamed project will offer a 4,000-square-foot restaurant with outdoor patio seating, a 1,600-square-foot restaurant or coffee shop, and 12,000 square feet of office space. The developer is teaming with major league baseball All-Star Torii Hunter and his wife, Katrina, as well as current MLB player Matt Kemp to develop the project.
The project will be Nack Development’s first outside of Frisco, where it worked on The Rail District, among others. “I believe Lewisville can be the next great old town,” said Nack’s Donny Churchman. “The guiding framework for future growth and development is already in place, but the Lewisville market currently is underserved for this type of opportunity.”
