Oakwood Worldwide completed Oakwood Olympic & Olive, a 201-unit midrise apartment community in DTLA. Located at 1001 South Olive St., the modern architectural designed property is close to L.A. Live, the CBD and Fashion District.
The property offers furnished and unfurnished apartment options, including studio, one and two-bedroom accommodations with open-concept living areas.
Oakwood Olympic & Olive features a hip seventh floor sky lounge, views of downtown from the pool deck, and townhomes with front-door stoops along Olive Street. The units feature designer finishes, including quartz countertops, glass-tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, gas ranges, 10-foot ceilings and in-unit washers and dryers.
The asset is the ninth U.S. corporate housing asset owned by Singapore-based Mapletree Investments, the parent company of Oakwood. It is also the first property added to Oakwood’s 50-property portfolio since Mapletree acquired the company in February 2017.
