New Auto Center Moves Forward in Claremont

New Orleans-based Premier Automotive Group is redeveloping a seven-acre site along the 10 Freeway that’s been vacant for 11 years. To make way for a new dealership center on Auto Center Dr. in Claremont, two buildings are being razed and a third is being renovated.

Premier is expected to finalize the design and secure building permits for a new 65,000-square-foot sales and service center in the next couple of months. Site preparation commenced earlier this year with a soft opening slated for this summer and completion of construction by the end of the year.

Avison Young’s Jodi Meade, who represented Premier in the site acquisition in November 2015, says the dealership is expected sell new Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler and Ram vehicles. Meade is also marketing an adjacent 4.4-acre land parcel at Claremont Auto Center.
