New Leases Total 46K-SF at 605 Third Ave.

Three companies leased a total of 45,824 square feet of office space at 605 Third Ave. a 1.1-million-square-foot, Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

Companies have leased 261,000 square feet of space at the tower since Fisher Bros. finished $25 million in renovations in 2016, including a brand new building entrance and lobby, designed by award-winning architect David Rockwell and the Rockwell Group.

“605 Third Avenue continues to attract a wide range of companies that are drawn to its great Midtown location and unique blend of corporate and cutting edge features as embodied by the renovation,” said Fisher Brothers Partner Ken Fisher.

– Valerie Wilson Travel will occupy 25,258 square feet, relocating from 475 Park Avenue South in early 2018.

– Meridiam, a private investment firm specializing in public infrastructure, will occupt 11,823 square feet relocating to 605 Third Ave. in 2018.

– Orangetheory Fitness will occupy 5,761 square feet of retail space.
