Cumulus Media’s Westwood One Broadcast Facility Completed

Burbank, CA-based McCormick completed redevelopment of Cumulus Media’s 45,000-square-foot Westwood One radio broadcast facility in Culver City, CA. CIM Group’s Lindblade Media Center is a three-building creative office campus that includes two adjacent buildings and another across the street.

Cumulus Media recently acquired Westwood One, and beefed up its sports, news, talk, music and programming services. Cumulus provides these services to roughly 10,000 U.S. radio stations, other media and international platforms.

That expansion drove the need to renovate and re-configure the existing facilities to accommodate the additional stations and programs. Cumulus Media owns KLOS, KABC, The Big Time, NBC Sports Radio and Zach Sang and the Gang.

Upgrades to 8935, 8965 and 8944 Lindblade Ave. include building 21 radio broadcast studios, nine studios built to include video/television broadcast standards; 37 private offices, and 75 cubicles.
