Newcastle Completes MV Logistics Facility

San Francisco-based Newcastle Partners, Inc. completed construction on Knox Logistics Center, a 147,000-square-foot industrial building in Moreno Valley, CA. The $14-million development is at 17610 Harvill Ave.

Newcastle’s Inland Empire pipeline includes roughly four million square feet of industrial property currently under construction or recently completed. The company’s Dennis Higgs said, already they “have seen a substantial amount of interest from potential corporate users [for Knox Logistics Center]. With Fortune 500 corporate neighbors like Amazon, Kraft Foods, and Home Depot, the location as it relates to logistics, sells itself.”

The Class A facility is situated on 8.2 acres along Interstate 215, and features 104 parking stalls, 26 loading docks, 32-foot clear height, and a 122-foot truck court. Lee & Associates’ Bill Heim is handling marketing of the building, which is for sale or lease.
