Newmark has arranged the $8.4 million sale of 700 Evelyn Avenue, a fully-leased, 180,000-square-foot industrial property in Linthicum Heights, MD.
The facility is part of the BW Corridor and is situated at the nexus of I-295 and I-695. It is a one-story industrial asset that sits on the northeast corner of Hammonds Ferry Road and Evelyn Avenue. Primary access to the property is from the Nursery Road exit of the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) which is less than 1/2 mile from the property.
Cris Abramson, Nicholas Signor and Ben McCarty of Newmark were the sole brokers in the transaction, with Brian Kruger providing leasing advisory services. The buyer was privately-held real estate investment firm GlenLine Investments. The seller was not disclosed. The transaction marks the team’s fifth industrial sale in the past 12 months for a total of approximately $120 million in value.
