Newport Beach Office Deal Closed by HFF at $72.3M

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has reportedly closed a Newport Beach office building valued at $72.3 million.

McCarthy Cook & Co. is the new owner of 1301 Dove Street, while MetLife Real Estate Investors was the seller. The 202,178-square-foot, 10-story class A building was constructed in 1980, and last renovated in 2014. Tenants in the building include Alliant Insurance, Birch Street Systems and iMortgage.

The HFF team in charge of the sale was was led by senior managing director Ryan Gallagher, managing director Mike McCann, associate director Derreck Barker and director Tim Geiman.

HFF is a leading provider of commercial real estate and capital market services, with 22 offices nationwide.
