Joe Santaularia, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Service’s First Vice President, knows airports. Rather, he knows industrial properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport submarket quite well. Because of that knowledge and his enthusiasm, Santaularia successfully worked with industrial clients on signing new leases, as well as expansions, renewals, relocations and brokerage.

Named Bradford’s top producer in 2013, Santaularia “has always been adaptable and empathetic toward clients’ needs,” said Kevin Santaularia, the company’s president and CEO. Joe Santaularia’s adaptability, combined with organizational and time management skills, made him an obvious choice as a Connect Media Next Generation Award winner.

Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, with a degree in finance and a concentration in entrepreneurship, Santaularia was also a member of The Real Estate Council’s Young Guns Fundraising Committee, and served on the executive board of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Forum (NTCAR YPF). He has been named D CEO’s Power Broker several times, and received Bradford Companies’ Top Producer for Marketing Excellence.

Kevin Santaularia praised Joe Santaularia’s time management and organizational skills, adding that “Joe has a creative way of looking at a client’s problems, which leads to solutions that might otherwise not have been considered.”
