In his short time working in the Florida commercial real estate industry, Terence Haynes has quickly built a reputation of being exceptionally responsive, personable and proactive in his work advising CRE and public organizations in understanding and managing environmental and engineering risks associated with their investments.
As a relationship manager with Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., Haynes has a unique ability to make his clients feel like they are his only concern. With a strong technical background and genuine passion for environmental consulting, Terence brings his deep knowledge to bear in effectively translating and addressing complicated issues.
As a South Florida resident for the past 15 years, Haynes is committed to serving the Florida real estate industry. He has worked on well-known properties such as OKO Group’s $63-million combined closing of three full blocks of Fort Lauderdale land for its upcoming mixed-use development, totaling 6.7 acres that cover 27 parcels.
In his time at Partner, Haynes has shown significant initiative and leadership within the firm. In only five years, Haynes was promoted from an Environmental Assessor to Relationship Manager. He helped open and establish Partner’s South Florida office and has promoted team building and strong culture through a number of group activities.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Haynes to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
