NGKF Adds ‘Game-Changer’ Power Broker in L.A.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) continues to bulk up on CRE power players in Los Angeles with the addition of Bradley J. Feld, one of the market’s most accomplished and respected brokers. Feld, who brings nearly three decades of high-profile landlord and tenant representation, joins NGKF as Vice Chairman in Southern California.

NGKF President James D. Kuhn says, “Brad is one of the top three landlord brokers in Los Angeles. His arrival at NGKF is a game changer.”

Feld joins NGKF after six years at Madison Partners, where he served as partner, and before that he spent two decades at Cushman & Wakefield.

Feld’s new role will focus on building a best-in-class landlord/agency and large tenant representation practice. He brings considerable experience doing just that, having represented some of the region’s most recognized names in entertainment, along with several million square feet of transactions for media, technology, healthcare, financial, professional, legal and Fortune 500 tenants.

His institutional ownership experience encompasses some of the most respected landlords in the industry including Deutsche Bank/REEF, Shorenstein Properties, JP Morgan, Clarion Partners, Kilroy Realty and EOP.

On the tenant side, Feld’s completed some of the largest and most noteworthy transactions involving such entertainment firms as Viacom Inc., Paramount Studios, Ryan Seacrest Productions, E! Entertainment Television, Comcast Entertainment Group, MTV Networks, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon Animation, Disney Televentures, Showtime Networks and Aaron Spelling Entertainment.
