Jennifer Fairchild, one of our speakers at Connect Los Angeles on June 3, was recently hired by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as managing director of the Downtown Los Angeles office.
She was most recently at LA Partners and previously worked at JLL and Bixby. Fairchild specializes in tenant representation.
At Connect Los Angeles, she will be part of a rich lineup of speakers who will discuss the dynamic office market in the area. The discussions at the event will include what it takes to get a deal done today, what a state-wide drought means for the economy, and how the next generation is changing the game in commercial real estate and the spaces that we buy, build, lease, sell, and design.
Meanwhile, NGKF had some additional hires in Los Angeles.
John Carrick and Robert Lindner are senior managing directors in West Los Angeles and Eric Adams and Chris Strickfaden are heading up operations in the South Bay as as senior managing directors.
Adams and Strickfaden were both previously at JLL. Carrick is a former attorney who worked with Anderson Global Corporate Finance, among other firms. Lindner was at Cohen Financial.
The moves come as NGKF is in a growth mode and trying to add to its team.
