Nicol Investment Co. has acquired Maitland Station, a 293-unit, mid-rise apartment community in Maitland. The sales price was undisclosed.
Located at the historic Parker Lumber Yard site at 801 Orlando Ave., the transit-oriented community was completed in 2018 and is adjacent to the Maitland SunRail station. Floor plans include a mix of one, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 942 square feet. Amenities include a pool with lounge area, fire pit, outdoor summer kitchen, 24-hour fitness facility, a media room and game lounge with billiards.
Brett Moss and Elliot Throne of JLL represented the seller, Epoch Residential, in the transaction.
