NKF recently represented property owner Tigerflex Corporation in selling 801 Estes Ave. in Elk Grove Village, IL. Senior managing directors Adam Marshall and Tatsuru Kono, along with director Mark Deady, oversaw the transaction on the 59,206-square-foot manufacturing facility. Diesel Radiator Company acquired the property for an undisclosed sum.
Located on three acres in the heart of the O’Hare market, 801 Estes features three interior docks, three drive-in doors, 18’ clear height, and heavy power with onsite transformers. The facility has access to highly-skilled labor and is near several expressways and O’Hare International Airport.

With inventory of approximately 122 million square feet, plus another 784,000 square feet under construction, the O’Hare market’s vacancy is nearly 250 basis point below the region’s 7.73% average, according to NKF’s fourth-quarter report.
