Magnolia West Commerce Center, a newly-constructed industrial facility in Ontario, CA, has traded hands for an undisclosed amount. The property encompasses two buildings, totaling more than 113,500 square feet.
The buildings are situated on a 5.5-acre site and include a 63,206-square-foot asset at 510 S. Magnolia Ave., and a 50,297-square-foot property at 560 S. Magnolia Ave.
NKF’s Mark Kegans and Ron Washle represented the seller and developer Shaw Properties in the transactions. Colliers International’s Richard Schwartz represented the buyer, Crown Associates Realty, for 510 S. Magnolia Ave. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services’ Ken Anderson represented the buyer, Hot Focus, Inc., for 560 S. Magnolia Ave.
