NKF’s Tim Rorick and Jack McDermott represented Juster Properties and ClearRock Properties in a series of transactions totaling more than 32,000 square feet of new leases at One Dock St. in Stamford, CT. An undisclosed tenant took the entire fifth floor comprising 16,713 square feet, and The Cholula Food Company signed for 11,500 square feet on part of the sixth floor along with the entire seventh floor.
Both tenants were represented by NKF’s James Ritman and Janey Steinmetz. The two new leases, along with an expansion that nearly tripled the footprint of current tenant Six One Commodities to 4,600 square feet, made up the bulk of the building’s recent leasing activity.
A onetime factory repurposed as loft office space, One Dock St. is convenient to the Stamford Metro-North train station. “The demand for train-centric office product remains strong, as evidenced by these new leases,” said Rorick.
