With completion of construction, Lane Partners, LLC has secured $87 million in permanent financing for its 2075 Broadway, Class A, SoMa-inspired creative office development in downtown Redwood City, CA.
The property is 100% leased to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, a private organization whose mission is to find new ways to leverage technology, community-driven solutions, and collaboration to accelerate progress in science, education, and within justice and opportunity work.
NKF’s Chris Moritz, Ramsey Daya and Travis Bailey placed the financing on behalf of Lane, ultimately identifying an Asian life insurance company as a best option capital source.
The four-story, 114,859-square-foot building includes street-front retail at the intersection of Broadway and Jefferson in the heart of Downtown Redwood City, a short walk from the City Caltrain Station and less than a five-minute drive from the 101 Freeway.
