North County Retail Center Changes Hands

Order Reprints...

Vista Village, a dominant 195,009-square-foot entertainment-focused neighborhood shopping center in San Diego’s North County, traded hands for an undisclosed amount. The buyer was Las Vegas-based CFT Vista, LLC, while the seller was Ohio-based SITE Centers (formerly DDR).

Built in 2003 with a contemporary slant on traditional retail architecture, the property benefits from frontage along Vista Village Drive, one of the trade area’s main arterials, along with immediate access to Highway 78. Key tenants include Frazier Farms, Cinepolis, Wave Waterpark (not a part of the sale), Pets Plus, and Crunch Fitness.

CBRE’s Philip D. Voorhees, Jimmy Slusher, Eric Shain, and Reg Kobzi represented the seller. CBRE also represented the buyer.

Voorhees says, “The combination of Frazier Farms and Cinepolis provides two ideal anchors for this project.”
