North Shore’s Ritz-Carlton Residences Secures Final TCO

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Long Island, North Hills has recently obtained its final Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for 6000 Royal Court. The RXR Realty project received a TCO for 3000 Royal Court at the end of 2018 and for 5000 Royal Court this past March.

6000 Royal Court includes buildings 1 and 2 of the project, and accommodates 33 residences in addition to a club room with a library and bar, fitness center and main entrance. The Ritz-Carlton Residences comprises 244 luxury condominiums on Long Island’s North Shore.
