Northcross Commons Center Bought for $31M

InvenTrust Properties Corp. acquired the 61,000-square-foot, Whole Foods-anchored Northcross Commons Center in Huntersville, NC. The Oak Brook-based buyer paid the undisclosed seller $31 million for the center, which is part of the Charlotte, NC metropolitan statistical area (MSA).

Located at 9121 Sam Furr Rd., the center is adjacent to Birkdale Village, a mixed-use project with tenants including Banana Republic, William Sonoma, Regal Cinemas, Talbots and Barnes & Noble. Other tenants at Northcross include Kwik Kopy, Viva Chicken, Subway, and Dairy Queen.
