NorthPoint Breaks Ground on Second Phase of Ohio Industrial Development

Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development broke ground on two new bulk warehouses totaling 581,541 square feet at the West Chester Trade Center in West Chester, OH. The new buildings encompass 297,526 square feet and 284,015 square feet, respectively, and are available for pre-lease.

The building features 36-fooot clear height, 60-foot staging bay, and heavy car parking. It is located in close proximity to I-75 and I-275, with immediate access via Union Centre Boulevard or SR747.

Recent leasing activity at NorthPoint Development’s newly delivered 8586 and 8556 Trade Center Dr. included a combined 483,262-square-feet of space to TSC Apparel, Amarr, MS International, and an undisclosed tenant. CBRE’s Doug Whitten represented the owners. The first two buildings still have 54,274 square feet and 81,454 square feet available and ready for immediate lease.
