NorthPoint Development has big plans for Aurora, CO. To that end, the Missouri industrial development firm acquired 185 acres, which will support the 4.4-million-square-foot Stafford Logistics Center. With the land deal for the acreage at Interstates 70 and 470, East Colfax Avenue and Piccadilly Road firmly in hand, the developer launched construction on a 598,500-square-foot warehouse, known as Building 1. The project is scheduled to deliver in Q2 2020.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Valdez, Tyler Smith and Alec Rhodes represented the sellers in the land transaction, and have been retained to handle leasing arrangements for Stafford Logistics Center. “Once we got to know the NorthPoint Development team, we knew immediately that they were the right developer for Stafford Logistics Center,” Valdez said. “We are happy to welcome them to the Denver market, and we are excited that Stafford Logistics Center is the project that brought them here.”
